Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK mainland postcodes only (England, Wales and most of Scotland).

We’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Order minimum

Minimum order value: £30.

Delivery days & cut-off

  • Delivery day: Thursday each week.

  • Cut-off: Orders placed by Sunday 21:00 are scheduled for delivery the following Thursday.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off roll to the next week’s Thursday.

  • During bank holidays or severe weather, delivery may move to the next working day.

Delivery costs

  • £4.95 on orders under £55

  • Free on orders £55+ (threshold calculated after discounts and before delivery)

Tracking & notifications

You’ll receive tracking by text message (SMS) once your order is packed, with live updates for delivery day.

Safe place deliveries

If no one is available, our courier may leave your parcel in a safe place. You can add safe-place instructions at checkout. Once delivered to the address or safe place provided, risk passes to the customer.

Perishable goods & storage

Our meals are perishable. Please refrigerate on arrival and follow any storage instructions on pack. For food safety, do not leave parcels outside for extended periods.

Changes & cancellations

You can update your address, safe-place notes or cancel an order until Sunday 21:00. After the cut-off your order enters preparation and we’re unable to amend or cancel it.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, access issues or repeated missed attempts, the parcel may be disposed of by the courier for food-safety reasons. Because items are perishable, we cannot re-ship or refund in these circumstances.

Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If anything arrives damaged, missing or not as described, please email hello@weareairheads.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can put it right.
