Short answer: Choose a preset meal or build your own from proteins, hot veg/carb sides, and cold salads. Everything is pre‑seasoned and designed for the air fryer.
Presets are chef‑curated combos that cook great together. Prefer to mix and match? Pick any protein + hot side + cold side. Each 2‑person meal is ~400g protein + 400g hot side + 300g cold side. A 4‑person meal simply doubles those amounts.
To keep delivery costs low and ensure everything stays perfectly chilled, there’s a £45 minimum order.

Oh yes. Your order ships in an insulated mailer with ice packs and is designed to stay chilled during the delivery window. If you’re not home, the courier may follow your safe‑place instructions.
Pop chilled items in the fridge the same day. All items are also freezer‑friendly - but like most things in life - they're best enjoyed fresh.
Each component has a use‑by date on the label. As a guide, chilled items typically last 5–7 days unopened. Always follow the date on the pack.
We use a tightly packed, wool insulated cardboard boxes with recyclable outer packaging and gel ice packs. It keeps food safe without bulky foam boxes. We vacuum-pack most proteins and veg sides in order to keep packaging to a minimum, and flavour to a maximum.

We recommend a 6L+ air fryer (dual drawers or single basket both work). Smaller models can still work - just cook in batches and pack it in and increase the cook time.
Most meals cook in 12–20 minutes. Veg sides are similar; cold sides are ready to eat.
Some meals are designed to be staged (eg start the hot veg, add the protein later). Each pack includes a label with timings.
This is very sad news - but yes! Most items can be cooked in a fan oven. Use the same temperatures and add 15-25 minutes, checking for doneness. This is whole, freshly prepared food - so as long as it's cooked through, you're in the money (but air fryers are best, obviously).
Yes - our proteins are pre‑marinated/seasoned. Some meals include a finishing dressing or dip; it’ll be clearly labelled.
Like most things in life - air fryers vary. Start with our timings, then adjust by ±2–3 minutes. Always ensure proteins are cooked through (see pack guidance).
Yes! We love keeping things clean and tidy. Paper liners will make little difference to recommended cook times.
We highly recommend using a good quality spray oil - it speeds up cooking and gives a crispy finish.
