These patties may be vegan, but they’ll hold their own against any meat based opponent. They form a deep, crispy bronzed edge on the outside. Break one open and it’s soft, herby, umami goodness.

The sweet potato cubes and lentils air fry together until the potato softens on the inside and caramelise on the outside, with the lentils turning crispy.

The beetroot salad brings colour and flavour, paired with a sharp lemon and oil dressing. Speckled with seeds - cool, earthy and moreish.
