This rich, lean and mean Tilapia cooks fast in the air fryer - the light mango chilli glaze caramelising slightly across the surface, forming a thin, golden crust that flakes when you press a fork in. 

The lentils and sweet potato roast together into a smoky, slightly sweet mix. There’s cinnamon warmth and a hint of paprika to bring it back down to earth.

The couscous finishes it off - soft, fluffy grains dressed with a hint of orange, parsley and olive oil, gently sweetened by raisins within.
